Computer Stuff

My current system is a AMD Athlon 3200+ with 2 GB Kingston PC 3200 RAM, ATI 9600XT All-in-Wonder video card, running Window XP Pro. My monitors are a Dell 19" LCD and an HP 19" wide screen LCD. Images are stored on an internal Western Digital 200 GB serial ATA 7200 RPM 8MB cache hard drive with a back up copy on a external Lacie 250 GB Firewire hard drive, and on CD/DVD for archival purposes. I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 for image editing and ACDSee 10 as an image database, and BreezeBrowser and Photoshop CS3 for RAW conversion. Dreamweaver 8 is used for web site creation, and an Acer ScanWit film scanner, Model 2740S, for scanning slides.

I use a Sony Vaio laptop, model number PCG-GRT170, at home and while on the road. It's a 2.8GHz Pentium 4 with 512 MB RAM, running Windows XP Home. It has a 16.1" SXGA+ TFT screen, 60 GB hard drive, DVD+- RW, and 802.11b wireless network card.
