This is the southern terminus of the Pacific Crest Trail, Campo, California. Behind the monument you can see the corrugated steel wall that separates the United States from Mexico. Border Cache Stash is located about 250 yards east of this marker, carefully hidden in some rocks and covered over with cow pies (dry).
